Some customers have asked about our Payment Portal and how to use it. This article goes step by step with screen shots.
Once you have navigated to our Payment page and clicked on the blue “Pay Now” button, you will be directed to a secure site that looks like Image 1 below. There you enter in the amount you wish to pay, your name, email address, address and zip code.
As you scroll down, you will see where you put in your credit card information (see Image 2 below). If your name is different than the Mechcom Internet account holder, please include their name in the “optional note” area to assure payments are credited to the correct account.
When you are done filling in the required information, hit the “Pay” button. If your payment was a success, you will be redirected to a page that says “Success! Thank you for your payment”. (See Image 3)
